Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If you’ve provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately at [ support@kerenny.com ].
We can correct the address within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged Items
We take great care to package your items securely, but on rare occasions (approximately 1 in 1000), damage may occur during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with:
* Your order number
* A clear photo of the damaged item
We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
